Mark Waterman

Managing Director

Mark is a business leadership professional and has held senior General Manager and General Manager – HR leadership roles with Fletcher Challenge, The Warehouse and Steel & Tube as well as being a Business JV Owner/Operator. This includes exposure to the APAC region. This experience has included significant involvement in major change programmes impacting on individuals and groups of up to 500 people. Together with a range of Directorships and Trusteeships this gives Mark a unique insight into both macro and micro business environments. Mark also consults on Business Turnarounds, Start-Up’s and Development

Sara Broadhurst

Director – Career Support

Sara has extensive experience in senior executive people leadership roles with Oji Fibres, NZTA, Chorus, Telecom, ANZ and Barnardo’s. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Science (Psychology) and Post-graduate Organisation Psychology. Sarah also consults on the impacts of change management.

Craig Tucker

Director – Career Support

Craig has held senior executive business leadership and sales and marketing roles with Mobil, Amcor, Carter Holt Harvey, Fletcher Building and as CEO of Living Earth. This has involved operating on the global stage with a particular focus in the APAC region. Craig has had extensive involvement in change programs, people leadership and development. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree and is a serial entrepreneur.

Greg Barnier

Director NSW

Greg brings extensive senior executive business and HR leadership experience. This experience includes a range of senior roles with Westpac culminating in GM – Employee Shared Services; CHRO with Safety, Return to Work; CPO with icare and Career Transition and Outplacement Support with Audrey Page Limited. Greg is also ICG’s Practice Leader Human Capital, holds a Master of Business Coaching (Distinction) from the University of Wollongong and consults on resilience for organizations and individuals.

Ian Doyle

Director QLD

Ian brings a deep range of expertise from a career which has seen him hold roles with Westpac as Head of HR Consumer Customers and Sales, Suncorp as Executive Manager Learning and Development and Bank of Queensland as GM – HR. Ian is also a consultant within ICG’s Human Capital practice and a specialist advisor to Boards and Senior Leaders on Culture and Conduct Risk.
