<description><![CDATA[Chief Operating Officer  
Job Description  The Chief Operating Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer of hospital operations. Primary reporting relationships are with the Director of Nursing Chief Financial Officer Assistant Administrator and Controller. Primary responsibilities of the COO will be to provide direction and administration of general operations for ancillary departments productive management and new service line development. The accountability of this position is to ensure high quality health care is delivered which meets or exceeds set standards while maintaining a reasonable cost structure. The COO is responsible for ensuring compliance with hospital governmental JCAHO and management expectations. Please note that the other work experience may consist of COO experience in a for-profit acute care hospital or less than 5 years not-for-profit experience in an acute care hospital.  
Job Requirements      * 3-5 yrs of experience with a for-profit acute care hospital including overseeing general operations for ancillary departments strategic planning as well as physician relations and recruitment.     * MBA/MHA is required.     * 10 yrs supervisory experience required in department budgets related to ancilliary departments.     * Management experience in hospital/healthcare environment.     * Experience in hospital administration.     * Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.      * Computer skills]]></description>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Scope of Description: An important member of the MIS team the Clinical Systems Analyst is the primary clinical resource in the development and support of clinical programs in the Hospital Information System (HIS).   
Additional responsibilities include conducting user training maintaining system components performing clinical reviews and strategizing with hospitals to maximize the use of the HIS within the facility.  As a member of the hospital acquisition team the Clinical Systems Analyst works cooperatively with the acquired hospital personnel determining workflows and gap analysis as computer systems are transitioned.    
Acquisition Responsibilities include:         *     Ascertain current workflow perform gap analysis identify process changes and system build needs     *      Coordinate and conduct user training     *      Build and maintain system components and provide training of same to appropriate hospital personel     *      Coordinate Go Live Night nursing activities     *      Post live support     *      Other duties as assigned    EDUCATION SKILLS &amp;amp; EXPERIENCE

Under the general supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Finance Manager applies principals of accounting and budget analysis to prepare long-range financial plans, annual practice budgets, month end closings, financial reporting analytics and internal and external reporting.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.  Consistently prepares annual budgets and support schedules with the input of the Practice Administrator.   2.  Assists and coordinates preparation of annual long-range financial plan.   3.  Frequently performs month end closings and interacts with all stakeholders to finalize closing reports. 4.  Frequently prepares and coordinates internal and external reporting. 5.  Consistently maintains and controls system interfaces, and upgrades. 6.
