FEE STRUCTURE: ICG is eager to tailor our services to your individual needs.  Some common approaches that we offer are:
 
Retained Search:  If you have a very high priority and need to find a top-quality candidate quickly, then a retained search may be the best option for your organization.  ICG will dedicate a recruiting consultant to the search until it is complete, and provide our highest priority and focus on the effort.  You pay us one-third of the estimated fee to initiate the search and the remainder when a candidate accepts the offer.
 
Rolling Engagement: This option allows you to pay a reasonable monthly payment while we conduct the search with similar priority as a full retained search.  The monthly fees may be applied to any of your open positions that ICG may fill, not just the one that was first targeted.
 
Contingency Search:  We submit candidates to you who seem to match your requirements.  If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is usually a percentage of the first year's compensation.   You pay no fee under a contingency search unless you hire one of our candidates.  
 
Discount Retainer/Contingency:  Our fee may be discounted when multiple positions are filled within a designated time period.  We actively recruit candidates on your behalf and assist you throughout the interview and hiring process.
